EBS contributed to the successful launch of the high-level national conference titled “Local Administration Reform and Empowerment Forum: Lessons from the UELDP Experience”. The conference was organized by World Bank Group and the Ministry of Local Development in partnership with several ministries, and under the patronage and in the presence of H.E. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt.
The event brought together more than 300 ministers, senior officials, and international experts from Egypt and abroad. EBS played a key role in highlighting the achievements of the program through the comprehensive organization of the conference. This included designing a dedicated conference logo, developing the full visual identity, and producing all conference-related designs and printed materials, contributing to a professional and impactful event that reflected the program’s success.
EBS provided a complete audiovisual (AV) setup, simultaneous interpretation services, and a fully integrated hybrid platform with online streaming, ensuring seamless communication for both in-person and virtual participants. In addition, EBS delivered the lighting system inside the conference hall and for outdoor press briefings, further enhancing the professional presentation of the event.

A custom-made 3D mockup of the event logo, media walls, LED screen designs, a digital podium, and digital roll-ups with animated designs.
EBS also hired Ms. Jasmine Taha Zaki as the Master of Ceremony for the event, ensuring smooth coordination and professional management of the event proceedings.
In addition, EBS produced a documentary video presented during the conference to highlight the key achievements of the program, with professional voice-over services delivered to the highest technical standards.
EBS contributed to the exhibition area by providing a fully equipped setup for exhibitors, including custom flooring, branded backdrops, branded desks, LED screens, maquette base, and mannequins, creating a professional and engaging exhibition environment.
Additionally, EBS provided as the needed honoring trophies and giveaways for the event including crystal trophies.
