The Civil Society Networking Forum in Egypt was held under its Equal Opportunities and Social Development (EOSD) project. Implemented by GIZ Egypt on behalf of the German Government, in collaboration with Egypt’s Ministry of Social Solidarity and co-funded by the European Union. Gathered over 500 visitors, including representatives from more than 80 non-governmental organizations (NGOs), organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs), private sector entities, and international donors. Featured over 150 speakers and performers across two days of panel discussions and deep-dive talks.
EBS was pleased to provide full event management and on-ground support for this forum.
EBS developed the event’s concept design and provided all audiovisual (AV) and simultaneous interpretation services, as well as lighting equipment and a hybrid setup for both in-person and online participants and speakers.
The event branding was thoughtfully executed by EBS, including exhibitions, branded registration desks, backdrops, branded gate, pylons, media wall, branded side tables, LED screen designs, digital podium and digital roll-ups with animated designs.
EBS was responsible for designing and implementing the creation of Event QR Code registration system, monitoring and following up the registration process before the event, sending out the links for the participants as well as assistance during the virtual and onsite meeting including providing ushers to assist in the registration process.
Additionally, EBS managed video recording and photography for the event, along with producing a promotional video documenting the occasion.
Finally, EBS contributed to the selection, design, and distribution of giveaways for attendees.
