EBS was honored to take full responsibility for the organization of the APUA international conference held at the JW Marriott in the period from 20 September 2025 to 2 October 2025.
EBS fully created and designed the Exhibition area of the event, handling the requirements and demands for 16 different exhibitors.
EBS fully operated the event technical needs including LED Screens, audio and interpretation systems for 4 different languages.
The setup of the rooms and its technical arrangements changed on daily basis to fulfill the agenda setup and needs.
EBS had 2 editing units on site for the need of animation to be prepared and shown live on screens as well as short movies to be prepared on daily basis to conference usage.
EBS offered the APUA so many branding elements that catches the attention and praise from several international guests which included hollow fans, touch screens, promira units, digital side tables and podiums, several themes for gates and mockups.
