ASD Week IV was launched under the title “Together for a Sustainable Recovery”, in cooperation with Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, world Bank, UNDP and European Union. Under the auspices of the President of the Republic, H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
The opening ceremony was held at the League of Arab States. The second and third day sessions were held at the Nile-Ritz Carlton Hotel.
EBS was pleased to handle the full management and organization of the event including 3 days setup, onsite registration and provided a full supporting team for the participants and speakers.
EBS created a custom-made branding production including media wall, group photo, light pylon, backdrops, roll ups, customized registration counters, flags, direction signs, mock ups with led base and metal pins.
EBS was responsible as well for the event kit including giveaways ideas made of recycled materials to emphasize the importance of sustainability and to reflect the theme of the event.
EBS provided the interpretation for 2 languages AR/EN, audio visual system for the whole event. also provided integrated hybrid system for online participants.
EBS provided video recording and Photo shooting for the whole event as well as the promo movies documenting the event.
