League of Arab States and the World Bank held the ASD week for sustainable development under the auspices of Mr. Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, from 14 to 17 May 2017.
The opening and closing ceremony was held at the League of Arab States. The second and third day of the Arab Week for Sustainable Development Nile-Ritz Carlton.
EBS was honored to handle full organization and management for 3 days setup for the conference the Arab League and Nile-Ritz Hotel including onsite registration and providing a full supporting team contains of 15 ushers to help the participants and speakers. In addition to, providing all the printing materials and visuals for the conference.
EBS created a custom made branding production including gates, pylons, backdrops, roll ups, customized registration counters, flags, direction signs, acrylic plan, charging booth and logo mock ups.
EBS was responsible as well for the conference kit including all the giveaways items like a recycled notebooks and pens and a tree shaped lamp which helped a lot to reflect the main theme of the conference and promote for using recycled items in our daily lives.
EBS provided the interpretation for 3 languages AR/EN/FR, audio visual system for the main plenary session and 4 breakout sessions and changing each room set up after every session.
Also, EBS provided video recording and Photo shooting for the whole event as well as the promo movies documenting the major events of the days.
