EBS proudly participated in organizing the 10th anniversary celebration of the “Takaful and Karama” program. The event was held under the auspices and in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt, in collaboration with the World Bank and the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
This milestone event marked a decade of impactful achievements in supporting vulnerable communities and strengthening Egypt’s social protection systems.
EBS was entrusted with managing the full scope of the event — including all technical, logistical, and operational elements — to deliver a high-quality celebration befitting the significance of the occasion.
As part of our mandate, EBS provided a complete audiovisual (AV) setup, simultaneous interpretation services, and a fully integrated hybrid platform for both in-person and online speakers and participants. The event was streamed live to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all attendees.
To support the event’s professional execution, EBS designed and produced all promotional materials, playing a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the conference. this included:
- A custom-made 3D mockup of the “Takaful and Karama” logo, customized booth, different designed pylons, branded registration area backdrop and digital screens.
EBS also provided a media wall for press coverage, as well as a podcast wall to facilitate on-site interviews and recordings.
In terms of furnishings, EBS ensured the comfort and protocol compliance of dignitaries by supplying high-quality VIP chairs for both the main hall and the ministers’ meeting room.
To streamline logistics and maintain smooth flow throughout the day, EBS provided over 16 professional ushers who managed registration and assisted attendees — all in close coordination with the Ministry of Social Solidarity and in line with its official protocols.
The EBS team also designed over 100 digital screens used during the award ceremonies, as well as sessions screens, all tailored to reflect the identity of the conference and deliver a visually cohesive experience.
EBS produced as well a documentary video highlighting the key achievements of the “Takaful and Karama” program, with professional voice-over narration to enhance its impact and engagement.
Following the event, EBS delivered a high-quality promotional video capturing highlights and key speeches, offering a lasting record of the occasion.
A professional photographer was also assigned to document the event, capturing high-resolution images of key moments and participants.
For the official group photo, EBS designed and installed a 20×3 meter backdrop with stage, carefully coordinating the photo session according to ministerial protocol. This ensured the proper arrangement for the official photograph of the Prime Minister alongside the attending ministers.

EBS worked around the clock in close collaboration with the World Bank and the Ministry of Social Solidarity teams to ensure the event’s flawless execution — an effort that received praise from ministers upon the conclusion of the event.
